The CannaVest East Institutional Capital Forum will be held at CWCBExpo on June 1-2, 2023 at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York City. CannaVest East is expected to draw hundreds of cannabis industry professionals for two days of education, networking, advocacy, and opportunities. 

Attendees will include cannabis industry professionals representing private equity funds, venture capitalists, hedge funds, family offices, ultra-high net worth investors, brands, retailers, regulators, policy advocates, and operators across the entire cannabis supply chain and broader ecosystem. 

Who Will Attend CannaVest East?

CannaVest East is targeted to two key audiences: 

  • Family offices and institutional investors
  • Cannabis business owners, operators, brands, and retailers. 

The conference provides opportunities for investors to meet with other investors for co-investment opportunities and to meet with CEOs of the leading multistate operators (MSOs). In addition, investors will learn about SPAC investing and related risks, evaluate public vs. private cannabis real estate opportunities, and discuss private equity, venture deals vs. public markets. Global investment opportunities in the United States, Europe, and Asia will also be hot topics for CannaVest East’s investor attendees.

Cannabis owner, operator, brand and retailer attendees will learn how to raise capital, navigate current regulations, build brand equity (and manage and defend it), and develop strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
