Cannabiz Media recently spoke with Kevin Hart, CEO and Founder of Green Check Verified, to learn more about how he and his team use the Cannabiz Media License Database to support their research, sales, and growth initiatives.
A key reason that Green Check Verified subscribes to the Cannabiz Media License Database is for access to comprehensive information about market sizes and opportunities. “There isn’t a state that has a program or is about to have a program that we don’t have a physical presence in,” says Kevin. “You don’t have to wait for the laws to pass. You have to be ready to act upon what those laws look like. In any of those states, there are startup businesses and costs, so we start by going into every state, identifying forward-thinking financial institutions in those states, and establishing relationships with them.”
Kevin also expects new opportunities to arise in the future, including intrastate commerce and international cannabis commerce. “With the compliance rules engine at the core of our technology,” Kevin shares, “Green Check Verified is in an exceptional position.”
